Return and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference. However, we will accept returns or exchanges for defective items only.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Please try on the item with the tag attached upon receiving it.
- Once the tag is removed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us via the Contact Page within 5 days of receiving the item.
Once we confirm the defect, you may return the product and we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the same item is unavailable for exchange, a refund (via bank transfer) will be provided.
- Exchanges for different products are not accepted.
Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases:
- The tag has been removed.
- More than 5 days have passed since the product was delivered.
- Sale items or items explicitly marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
- The product has been worn, tested outdoors, or washed.
- The product has odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
- Missing accessories such as the invoice, tags, or original packaging.
Order Cancellations
If a package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal of receipt, the shipping cost is covered by our company.
However, for future orders, customers may be required to pay for the cancellation shipping fee before we accept new orders.
Additionally, customers with multiple order cancellations may be restricted from placing further orders.
