Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy
While we typically do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference, we do accept returns or exchanges for defective items only.
Please try on the item with the tags still attached upon receiving it.
Note: Once the tags are removed, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us via the contact page within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please only return the item after we have confirmed that it is defective. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Important Notes:
  • If the same item is not available for exchange, we will process a refund via bank transfer.
  • Exchanges for different products are not available.
Returns and Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted Under the Following Conditions:
  • The item has had its tags removed.
  • More than 5 days have passed since the item was delivered.
  • The item is a SALE item or marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
  • The item has been used, worn outdoors, or washed.
  • The item has acquired odors, scratches, or stains while in your possession.
  • The invoice, product tags, or original box have been lost or discarded.
Cancellation Policy:
If an item is returned due to reasons such as extended absence or refusal to accept the package, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
For future orders, customers may be asked to cover the cancellation shipping costs incurred for the previous order. Additionally, for customers with multiple cancellations, we may be unable to accept future orders. Please understand and take note of this policy.
