Pricing
The listed sales price includes tax.
For customers outside Japan, additional customs duties may be charged upon delivery. Please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment Methods

Payment Timing:
- Credit Card Payments: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
- Convenience Store Payments: If the payment deadline is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping
- Flat Rate: ¥1,000 (nationwide)
- Carrier: Sagawa Express
- Orders will be shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Holiday Shipping Schedule:
- New Year Holiday: Orders will be shipped sequentially from January 10 onward.
- Golden Week: Orders will be shipped on the next business day after the holiday period.

Customs Duties (For International Orders)
When using international shipping, your order may be subject to customs inspections and import duties upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Our company does not manage or predict customs duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order for more details.
Additionally, customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region. Our company is not liable for any legal violations related to the import of products.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference.
However, returns or exchanges for defective items are accepted under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item via the Contact Page.
- Items must be unworn and have the original tag attached.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
- If the same item is unavailable, a refund (via bank transfer) will be issued.
- Exchanges for different products are not available.
Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The tag has been removed.
- More than 5 days have passed since delivery.
- The item is a SALE or non-returnable product.
- The item has been worn, tested outdoors, or washed.
- The item has odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
- The invoice, product tag, or original packaging is missing.
Cancellations
- If an order is returned due to long-term absence or refusal of receipt, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
- However, for future orders, customers may be required to pay for the cancellation shipping fee before ordering again.
- Customers with multiple cancellations may be restricted from placing future orders.
